With the steps described here, you can download Orders received from eBay to Feed.biz and from Feed.biz to your Shop.
 
You can download Completed Orders or Active Orders in a single run.
 

 
Once you click on Import Orders from eBay the Orders are imported from eBay to Feed.biz, depending on the settings you selected in the configuration.
 
Then, they are automatically migrated to your Shop.
 
Completed and active Orders can be downloaded from eBay.
 

Confirm: Order Statuses and Shipping

Click Confirm: Order Statuses and Shipping to update delivery information on eBay.
 

 

Orders Log

In Orders Logs you can see the reports generated while importing Orders from eBay. The report shows Order ID, Order Reference ID, Buyer ID, Country Name, Payment Method, Paid Amount, Order Date, Invoice ID, Order Status and Tracking Number.
 
You can select or deselect the columns to be displayed.
 
If an invoice has not been generated and sent to the customer, the Order Status will be shown as blank.
 
If an invoice has been sent to customer, it will show Sent in this column and also show the Invoice Number.
 

 
The Sent button is highlighted.
 
On clicking Sent, the invoice number will be generated and sent to your Shop.
 
In your Shop we can see the same invoice number in Order Details.
