As customers may want to return goods, they need to be informed about your Shop’s return policy. Here, you can specify your policy regarding Products they purchase from your eBay Marketplace.
 
You can specify:

• A limit in number of days
• An extended limit offered in case of holidays or special campaigns
• Who’s responsibility it is for paying the cost of returns
• A brief overall description of the policy

• You can define different returns policies for different countries
• You can specify whether returns will be accepted or not accepted
• You can define how many days from the sale that returns will be accepted
• You can specify who is to bear the cost for returns

 

 
The extended holiday return is an additional attraction to customers. You can offer an extended period for returns. This is an additional incentive to your customers during holidays or festive periods. The return period will be extended during the holidays if you check this box.
