\nFor each platform, there is a list of scheduled tasks, allowing for example to automatically update your catalog on WooCommerce.<\/p>\n

They are commonly called “crons”. The module displays a list of all the tasks you need to configure in your “crontab<\/a>“:<\/p>\n

Note that there are solutions available provided by your host that are free of charge, external paid services and even a native Prestashop (cronjobs) module, but we do not provide support for any of them as we are not the authors or operators.<\/p>\n

There are many possible scheduled tasks:<\/p>\n

Offers sending<\/h2>\n

Update stock and prices on\u00a0WooCommerce<\/p>\n

Recommended frequency<\/em>: Every worked hour<\/p>\n

Orders – Acceptation<\/h2>\n

Accept pending orders from\u00a0WooCommerce<\/p>\n

Recommended frequency<\/em>: Every hour<\/p>\n

Note that this process can be blocking (i.e. stock) and does not exempt you from viewing the list of orders that can be accepted.<\/p>\n

Orders – Import<\/h2>\n

Imports accepted orders from\u00a0WooCommerce<\/p>\n

Recommended frequency<\/em>: Every hour, 20 minutes after order acceptation<\/p>\n

Note that this process can be blocking (i.e. stock) and does not exempt you from viewing the list of orders that can be imported.<\/p>\n

Orders Statuses Updates<\/h2>\n

Updates the statuses of orders (i.e. submitted) on\u00a0WooCommerce<\/p>\n

Recommended frequency<\/em>: Every 4 hours in working hours<\/p>\n

Tests<\/h2>\n

In order to check the proper functioning of a script, copy the URL indicated by the module in the Scheduled Tasks tab. Paste this URL into the URL address bar of your Internet browser. :<\/p>\n

If no obvious error appears, it will indicate that the script is running, the next step is to configure your scheduled task with your technical partner.<\/p>\n

Note that the answer will be displayed in a computer format (JSON), you can consider that there is an error message if you see “Error” appear.<\/p>\n

Our area of \u200b\u200bresponsibility stops at the proper execution of the script in the browser as described here.<\/p>\n

Important<\/em>:<\/p>\n

1 – These tasks must be configured by a qualified person. Your Webmaster, web agency, or third party outsourcing provider in charge of integration. We cannot provide you support for any of these cron tasks because this configuration is not related to the module, it is a made \u200b\u200bin the server configuration or a third party service.<\/p>\n

2 – The implementation of the scheduled tasks must be performed when the full operation of the module has been verified, and that everything is running, it is the final step.<\/p>\n
