{"id":1243,"date":"2015-09-13T06:38:27","date_gmt":"2015-09-13T06:38:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/documentation.common-services.com\/woocommerce\/?p=1243"},"modified":"2015-09-13T06:38:27","modified_gmt":"2015-09-13T06:38:27","slug":"product-creation-support-request","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/documentation.common-services.com\/woocommerce\/product-creation-support-request\/","title":{"rendered":"Product Creation &#8211; Support Request"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You have a problem with creating products and you need support, follow the instructions below:<\/p>\n<h3>Checking the profiles and models\u00a0configuration<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Each <a href=\"https:\/\/documentation.common-services.com\/woocommerce\/configure-a-profile\/\">profile<\/a> must be complete (red stars indicate mandatory fields)<\/li>\n<li>Each <a href=\"https:\/\/documentation.common-services.com\/woocommerce\/configure-a-profile\/\">profile<\/a> must be linked to a model (&#8220;Model&#8221; selector)<\/li>\n<li>Each model to a WooCommerce model (unique model since August 2015: SUBMISSION CREATING PRODUCTS MK)<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the fields Kind\/Public if required<\/li>\n<li>When using combinations, visit <a href=\"https:\/\/documentation.common-services.com\/woocommerce\/combinations-export\/\">Export combinations<\/a><\/li>\n<li>If you do not use combinations, do not complete them<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/documentation.common-services.com\/woocommerce\/categories-selection\/\">Categories<\/a>: Verify that they are selected and that they have a model selected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>File Export<\/h3>\n<p>Export the XML file in creation mode from the page\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/documentation.common-services.com\/woocommerce\/products-creation\/\">Product Creation<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Check Active and In Stock, choose a date range, when your products were created to export only some or date specified by default if you do not have a preference.<\/p>\n<p>On error (message on red background), use the &#8220;Limiter&#8221; to check if there is not a PHP configuration limit in your server. The module then exports a limited number of products.<\/p>\n<p>Follow every point of the page <a href=\"https:\/\/documentation.common-services.com\/woocommerce\/products-creation\/\">Product Creation<\/a>\u00a0tutorial.<\/p>\n<p>Once the anomaly occurs, send us a screenshot of the page, the whole without cuts browser window included.<\/p>\n<p>If the problem occurs at the sending level, the file is rejected by WooCommerce, try again by not selecting only one category.<\/p>\n<p>Send us the generated XML file (or zip file), screenshot of the export and the sending.
