to import an order of an inactive or unavailable product"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You import your orders and you get an error message like this one:<\/p>\n<pre><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">- Unable to import inactive product \"XXX-YYY\" \u2013 Please enable this product before importing the order\"<\/span>\r\nOr\r\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">- unable to import the product unavailable for sale<\/span>\r\nOr\r\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">- Unable to import a product with minimal quantity greater than 1<\/span><\/pre>\n<p>The module is based on Prestashop classes (the core of Prestashop) to proceed with the import of orders, forcing to respect the principles of Prestashop operation that will prevent the import of a product in an order in some cases;<\/p>\n<p>To be \u201cimportable\u201d the product must be activated (1) and available for sale (2):<\/p>\n<p><a 980px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Also, the minimum quantity must be equal to 1 because it corresponds to the proper functioning of the marketplaces that retail sell the products (some exceptions apply, which is not the subject here).<\/p>\n<p>You will check either in the Quantity tab (1) or in the Variation tab (2) whether the product is provided, and that the orderable quantity is equal to 1:<\/p>\n<p>1)<\/p>\n<p><a
