The orders acceptance allows to confirm the order with WooCommerce, if you accept an order, that means you accept to fulfill and to deliver it.<\/p>\n

Important<\/em> :
\nOnce accepted, the order cannot be imported immediately, there must be a processing period that can be up to several tens of minutes.<\/p>\n

Orders Import<\/h2>\n

> Orders > WooCommerce > Import the orders<\/span><\/p>\n

The module will display a list of orders to import, you can import them individually or by batch;<\/p>\n

You unselect the orders that you do not want to import.<\/p>\n

Once imported, you will find the list of orders in your usual orders, WooCommerce orders then have a method of payment “WooCommerce”.<\/p>\n

Important<\/em>:
\nIf Import by reference is configured (in the module configuration) the Prestashop field “Reference” must match the WooCommerce field “SKU”. It necessarily serves as element of correspondence. If it is not found, the order is not imported.<\/p>\n

An automatic import script is available to you, refer to the Scheduled Tasks section of the documentation.<\/p>\n

After the order import<\/h2>\n

An additional section appears on the order page, so you can easily identify a WooCommerce command:<\/p>\n

The update will then be automatic, go to the page Orders Statuses<\/a> for more details about this subject.<\/p>\n

Please note however that it is essential to input the tracking number on the order page for all shipments for which you want the status to be updated automatically;<\/p>\n
